Every UChicago eligible for UChicago Box must first enroll 2Factor Authentication. You will receive an “Invalid Login Page” until you are enrolled in 2FA.
Box is a service that is sometimes used to access personal and confidential documents which require specific permissions and training in order to access. If your work requires this access and training (e.g. CJIS information), please submit a ticket through ServiceNow, go to "HR/Payroll/Benefits" then "Ask a Human Resources Question" if you require specialized training.
